What is a maintenance emergency? Lack of heat, air conditioning with temperatures over 85 in the property, uncontrollable water, sewer back-up, major electrical problems that sparking or lack of electricity to over 50% of the property. If you call for an emergency that is not one of the above described you will be charged a non-emergency service charge.
